Instant Pot Recipes You Need to Try Right Now
When I first got my pressure cooker, I didn’t know what to expect. The only memory I had of using a pressure cooker was of me freaking out when the pressure was released through a shrill and loud whistle. That was back then – in the days of the manual pressure cooker. So I was prepared to give it a go. I tried out many recipes, and these instant pot recipes are the best I’ve had so far – and if you are looking for new recipes… you need to try them out right now!

I enjoyed this recipe a lot. The children loved the cauliflower mash – so it’s a win in my book. Getting them to eat veggies without complaining is definitely a bonus!
Instant Pot Recipe | Hamburgers
I tried this recipe when my husband was going to be home late. I wanted to make burgers but didn’t know how to work the outdoor grill. But I was certain that I wanted some char on the burgers! So I decided to give it a crack in the pressure cooker. Everything I’ve made in the Instant Pot has been so good – I was eager to try this. It certainly worked and we got some really nice, juicy burgers! I’m not sure if it’s my go-to burger recipe – it is quite fiddly with having to individually wrap the burgers, but I’m not saying ‘no’ to it completely!
